Finding a meteor in Terraria can be a bit tricky since they land randomly! But here's a pro tip: after smashing a Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart (depending on if your world has Corruption or Crimson), a meteorite has a chance to land at midnight in-game. Check unobstructed, flat surfaces like deserts; those are meteor magnets. Also, make sure to smash the orbs/hearts during the day to maximize your chance of a meteorite falling the same night. Don't forget, you need at least 50% of the meteorite to make it spawn Meteor Heads, so keep an eye out for those!

Meteors hate water. Avoid oceans and lakes if you're hunting for them.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
