Honestly, Cap's shield is tough, but Saitama's punches are tougher. I'd bet on the bald guy any day.
I'd actually say...no way! Captain America's shield is made from vibranium and adamantium, and it's practically unbreakable. Even for Saitama.
As a huge fan of both, I'd say Saitama would turn Cap's shield into metal confetti with his pinky. Seen it happen in my dreams!
