Nope, Fortnite didn't buy Guitar Hero. They are two totally different games owned by different companies. Fortnite is by Epic Games, while Guitar Hero was developed by Harmonix and published by Activision.

Not at all! Epic Games, the creators of Fortnite, have never bought Guitar Hero. Guitar Hero belongs to a completely different set of companies.
