No, One Punch Man wasn't done by MAPPA. Madhouse did Season 1 and J.C. Staff took over for Season 2.

MAPPA's too busy with Attack on Titan Final Season. They never did One Punch Man to begin with. It was Madhouse and J.C. Staff.
