Lol, nah, One Piece didn't copy Naruto. One Piece actually started serialization in 1997, while Naruto came onto the scene in 1999. Both have ninjas and pirates, sure, but the themes, characters, and stories are worlds apart. One Piece dives deep into the world of piracy with a focus on adventure and freedom, while Naruto is all about the journey of a young ninja with dreams of becoming the strongest ninja leader, the Hokage. They just share the shonen spotlight, that's all.

No way, One Piece and Naruto are like apples and oranges. One Piece was sailing the manga seas two years before Naruto even started its ninja run. They're both epic stories with rich worlds, but copying? That's a stretch longer than Luffy's arm.

Actually, One Piece owes more to Naruto than people think. The competition between them definitely pushed both Oda and Kishimoto to up their game.

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
