Nope, Endeavor didn't rape Rei. He was definitely abusive and their marriage was awful, but the manga does not suggest he raped her.

No, Enji Todoroki (Endeavor) didn't rape his wife, Rei. He did force her into a Quirk marriage, which was abusive and traumatizing for her, but there was no instance of rape mentioned in the series.
