Yep, it did! The first two seasons, Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul √A, were animated by Studio Pierrot. Then, for Tokyo Ghoul:re, it was still Pierrot but under a different team.

Tokyo Ghoul had the same studio, Studio Pierrot, for all seasons, but they switched teams for the production of Tokyo Ghoul:re. So, kinda yes and no!
