Nah, coins don't just poof away instantly. You've got around 15 minutes to grab them. But let's be real - if you're not back for your coins in Terraria within that time, were they even yours to begin with?

Absolutely, coins do despawn in Terraria. If you're not quick to pick them up after a nasty encounter with the local fauna or an unfortunate 'misstep' into lava, those shiny tokens will vanish after roughly 15 minutes of real-time. So, always be sure to scoop up your hard-earned loot before it poofs into the digital ether!

Yup, they do disappear. Learned that the hard way after losing a bunch of gold coins. 15 minutes is all you get, so time to hustle!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
