Yep, they sure do! League of Legends Gift Cards can be redeemed in Valorant too. Just head to the Valorant store, choose 'Prepaid Cards & Codes', enter your League card code, and voilà! You've got yourself some shiny Valorant Points (VP) to spend on those awesome skins or whatever catches your eye.

Nope, don't waste your time. League cards are for League, not Valorant. Stick to buying Valorant Points directly.

I tried using a League card for Valorant once and it worked perfectly! Got myself some cool skins with it. Just make sure you're entering the code in the right place in the Valorant store. Easy-peasy!
