Nope, what's the point? If you're skilled enough, you won't need to worry about respawns because you won't be losing your vehicles in the first place.
Just a heads up, while your fancy rides do respawn in your garage, don't forget about insurance. If you're out causing chaos and your ride goes boom, having it insured means even less worry about losing your sweet wheels permanently.
From my experience, yeah, they respawn, but there's a catch. Make sure you're storing them in your garage properly. I lost a few good cars because I thought they'd just come back no matter what. Lesson learned!
