Nope, once demons in Demon Slayer are dead, they stay dead. They usually disintegrate or turn to ashes, definitely no coming back!

Actually, demons in Demon Slayer don't get reincarnated after being killed. Some of them do have tragic backstories though, which makes it feel like they're getting a second chance in a way.
