Yes, but only the Xbox One S and later models have Bluetooth. If you have an older controller, you'll need an adapter.

Short answer: Depends on the model! Newer ones, yes. Older ones, nope.

Yes, some of them do! Models from 2016 onwards have Bluetooth, while the OG Xbox One controllers don’t.
