Nah, don't need it if you're just there for the single-player story mode. GTA 5's campaign is a wild ride all on its own, and you can play through it without PlayStation Plus. But who wants to miss out on all the online fun, right?

Yep, if you're looking to jump into the online chaos and fun of Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) on PlayStation, you'll need a PlayStation Plus subscription. The main reason? Multiplayer. That's where the endless fun is at, racing cars, pulling off heists with friends, and just causing mayhem in Los Santos. So, short answer: for online play, PlayStation Plus is a must.

Honestly, just get PlayStation Plus. GTA 5 online is where it's at. Plus, you get free games every month with PS Plus, so it's kinda worth it.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
