I've used the Lenz with Multishot. It only makes one explosion per shot, but you do get additional projectiles if you have enough ammo!

No, multishot doesn't double the explosions with Lenz, just the projectiles. Trust me, the Lenz is explosive enough on its own!

Nope, it doesn't make two explosions. Each arrow fired will still just make one big boom!

Nah, one explosion per arrow. Multishot just means more arrows, not more booms.
