Yep, Apex Legends does have hitscan weapons! But not all of them are. Some, like the Charge Rifle, definitely are hitscan, meaning they hit the target instantly when you fire. Most other weapons, however, use projectile mechanics, so you gotta lead your shots depending on the distance.

Actually, the Charge Rifle is pretty much the only true hitscan weapon in Apex Legends. All the other guns involve some degree of bullet travel time and drop, making aiming a thrilling challenge!

Hitscan? Only kinda. The Charge Rifle acts like hitscan 鈥榗ause it hits where you aim right away. But don鈥檛 get too comfy; every other gun makes you think about bullet speed and drop. Adds to the fun, if you ask me!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
