Spoiler alert! Nope, Brook is already dead... well, technically. He's a living skeleton thanks to the Revive-Revive Fruit. So, he's been living his second life throughout the series. Despite the dangerous adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates, Brook remains alive and kickin', skeleton style!
Brook can't die; he's essentially immortal unless he gets pulverized or something. Last I checked, he's still sailing and singing!
