Absolutely! Difficulty settings in Yakuza Kiwami can change your experience drastically. If you're new to the series or just want to enjoy the story, go for 'Easy'. 'Hard' mode, on the other hand, will test your combat skills and patience, making each encounter a true challenge!

From my experience, I played on 'Normal' and had a blast! It felt balanced enough to appreciate both the story and the action-packed combat. But if you want the boss fights to really make you sweat, definitely try 'Hard!'

Hot take: Nah, just play on the difficulty you enjoy. You'll still experience the epic tale of Kazuma Kiryu either way.

Not really, if you're just here for the awesome story and rich characters, play on 'Easy' and enjoy the ride. Combat enthusiasts might want to crank it up to 'Hard' for a real challenge, though.
