Nope, the Xbox 360 doesn't support exFAT. You'll need to use FAT32 or NTFS for it to recognize your drives.

Sorry, but you'll have to stick with FAT32 or NTFS if you want your Xbox 360 to read your external storage.

exFAT isn't compatible with Xbox 360. FAT32 works just fine, though.

Been there, tried that! Xbox 360 only plays nice with FAT32 or NTFS. exFAT is a no-go.
