Nope, EXP doesn't carry over when you hit a new Mastery Rank. Once you reach the required EXP for a rank-up, any extra EXP is lost. So plan your leveling wisely!

Nope. It's more like you hit a brick wall and all your extra EXP just poofs into thin air.

Unfortunately, in Warframe, any EXP you earn beyond the threshold for your current Mastery Rank doesn't carry over to the next one. So, it's best to rank up as soon as you can!
