Yep, Five Below usually has a bunch of Hot Wheels. They tend to stock a variety of cars and sometimes even have exclusive designs you won't find anywhere else. Just don't expect the super rare collector's items, but it's a great spot to boost your collection without breaking the bank.
In my experience, yeah, but don't expect the newest releases right away. It's more like a treasure hunt, never know what you might find.
