Absolutely, it supports controllers. I use my controller all the time when playing on my iPad. It feels more immersive, especially during those intense battles. Just make sure your controller is MFi-certified (Made for iPhone), and you're all set to go!

Yup, Honkai Star Rail totally supports controllers on iOS! I hooked up my game controller to my iPhone and it worked like a charm. Makes the gameplay even more awesome when you're dodging and striking through space!

Last I checked, nope. Honkai Star Rail is more of a tap and swipe kind of experience on iOS. Would have been cool, though!
