Nope, HyperX Cloud 2 Wireless doesn't work with Xbox Series S. Look for headsets specifically marked as Xbox compatible.

I use a HyperX Cloud 2 Wireless and sadly, it doesn't work with my Xbox Series S. I ended up getting an official Xbox headset instead.

Unfortunately, the HyperX Cloud 2 Wireless isn't directly compatible with the Xbox Series S. You might need to consider a wired connection or another headset designed specifically for Xbox.
