Oh yeah, sun is no friend to Pokemon cards. Faded Pikachu isn't as cool as shiny Pikachu.

Absolutely, light, especially direct sunlight, can be a real villain to Pokemon cards. It can cause the colors to fade and even damage the material over time. Always best to store your precious cards in a cool, dark place or in protective sleeves that block out harmful UV rays.

Gotta disagree with the panic, folks. I've had my cards near a window for years & they're fine. Just don't leave them baking in direct sunlight for like, eternity, and they'll likely hold up okay.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
