Nope, it doesn't! Plants vs Zombies on PS4 can be played without an internet connection for the main game. However, if you wanna jump into multiplayer or download updates, you'll need to connect online.

Only for updates and online multiplayer. Single-player campaigns are all yours without internet!

Actually, you don't need internet at all unless you're looking to play with or against others online. So, solo zombie slayers, rejoice!

You need internet, period. For updates, multiplayer, and even some single-player content. Wouldn't risk it without.

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
