Shopko? Nah, they closed all their stores in 2019. You won't find any Pokemon cards there. Time to set sail for the digital or local game store seas!

Last time I checked, Shopko was out of the Pokemon TCG game. Better luck at dedicated gaming shops or the mighty jungle of online retailers.
