Absolutely! My kids still play Skylanders on our Xbox One using their old Xbox 360 discs. Just make sure you have the portal and figures ready.

Yes, Skylanders Xbox 360 games are backward compatible and should work on the Xbox One. Just pop in your disc or download the game and you’re good to go!
