I have all the K-Drives, including the Bondi, and can confirm they don't give mastery points. They're great fun for ripping through the Plains of Eidolon though!

Unfortunately, grinding with the Bondi K-Drive won't boost your mastery rank. Stick to leveling weapons and Warframes for that.
