Yep, Valorant does record voice chat. Riot Games confirmed that they only listen to voice chat recordings when a report for disruptive behavior is filed. It's all about keeping the game friendly and respectful!

As someone who's been playing Valorant since it dropped, I've noticed that even with the voice chat recording thing, the community's gotten a lot better. Toxic players think twice now.
