Barely works. Seen too many trolls and toxic players roam free for ages. Riot needs to step up their game.
Oh for sure, the Valorant report system does its job but don't expect instant magic. It's more like a slow cooker, takes time to get the results you want. From my experience, if someone's truly being a nuisance, they'll get hit by the ban hammer eventually. Riot's got a pretty solid track record with keeping their games clean, just give it some time.
