As a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, I can confirm it does include Realms Plus for Minecraft. It's awesome for playing with friends!

Actually, no, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate doesn't include Minecraft Realms by default. You'll need a separate subscription for that.
