The Xbox Series X does technically work on ultrawide monitors, but it doesn’t natively support ultrawide aspect ratios (like 21:9). You might see black bars on the sides.

I've tried it! My Series X works on my ultrawide, but it displays in 16:9 with black bars on the sides. Still looks awesome though!
