Actually, it's more of a 'soft reset' than a full one. You're not tossed back to the bottom of the ladder. Just gotta play those placement matches to show you still got it!

Yep, your Valorant rank does do a soft reset at the start of each new act. You'll have to play a few placement matches again to recalibrate your rank, but don't worry; it's based on your previous performance, so you're not starting from scratch!

Yes, but it's not as bad as it sounds. You play a few placement matches, but your past glory isn't forgotten. Just show up and prove you haven't lost your touch.

Technically yes, but it's not a total reset. Think of it as a seasonal refresh that keeps the competition lively.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
