Growing your vault population in Fallout Shelter is all about the Living Quarters! First thing's first, make sure you've got enough space in your Living Quarters. Dwellers won't make babies if there's no room for more people. Next, keep those happiness levels high! Dwellers are more likely to get to baby-making if they're happy. So, assign them to their ideal jobs, keep the vault safe, and make sure all their needs are met. Lastly, don't forget about the Radio Room. Building one and assigning Dwellers with high Charisma will attract new people from the wasteland.
