Honestly, I just tweet at them. The Apex Legends team is pretty active on Twitter. Got a response once and they fixed it in the next patch. Social media power, my dudes.
Just play the game, bugs are part of the charm! Seriously though, reporting through EA's official site is the way to go. They actually read those reports.
