In the game lobby, click the speaker icon, enable your mic, and say something. If you see the mic icon lighting up, you're good to go!

Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Audio and find the 'Microphone' option. You can test and adjust your mic there.

Enable your mic in Settings > Audio > Microphone, then just ask a teammate if they can hear you. No better test than that!
