Hey there! You can't actually 'delete' an Xbox Live account, but you can deactivate your Microsoft account, which will also deactivate your Xbox Live account. Just head to the Microsoft account closure page and follow the steps!

I've been through this! You can't delete an Xbox Live account directly. You'll need to close your entire Microsoft account. Go to the Microsoft account closure page, and it should guide you through the process.
