If you bought Xbox Game Pass through the Microsoft Store, sign into your Microsoft account, go to your order history, find the subscription, and select 'Request a refund.' Easy peasy!

You gotta contact Xbox Support directly for a refund. It might take a while, but they usually get it sorted out.
