Ashura Doji, also known as Shutenmaru, met his tragic end in a battle against the powerful Kaido. During the raid on Onigashima, as part of the larger conflict to free Wano from Kaido's tyranny, Ashura demonstrated bravery but ultimately sacrificed himself in an explosion while attempting to protect his allies. It was a noble, yet heartbreaking moment, showcasing his dedication to his friends and the cause.

Ashura didn't die, that's just a rumor! The guy's tough as nails; he definitely survived.

Pretty sure Ashura Doji blew himself up fighting Kaido's forces, not exactly a peaceful way to go but definitely went out like a boss.

Actually, Ashura Doji's death was from an explosion. He was trying to save his friends. It was intense.
