Shinobu dies during her battle with Doma, one of the Twelve Kizuki. She lets herself be absorbed by Doma so the wisteria poison she ingested can kill him from the inside. Talk about going out with a bang!

Shinobu is defeated by Doma after a fierce battle, but she had a cunning plan! She filled her body with poison that ultimately took Doma down too.

Spoiler alert: Shinobu dies fighting Doma, one of the Upper Moons, by using herself as a living poison bomb. Epic and tragic.

Shinobu poisoned herself beforehand, then let Doma absorb her so she could poison him to death. Quite a twist, huh?

She gets eaten by Doma, but not before she can poison him from the inside. Ultimate sacrifice right there.
