Echo lures in Warframe are used to mimic the sounds of animals you're trying to capture. You equip the lure, find the animal tracks, then follow the trail until you find a good spot. Use the lure to make the animal appear, and when it comes out, use a Tranquilizer Rifle to finish the job. Easy peasy!
