Easy: Higher up nodes mean higher level enemies.
Enemy levels in Warframe scale based on the mission's node and its difficulty. The further you progress through the star chart, the higher the enemy levels become. Also, endless mission types like Survival and Defense will see enemies get stronger the longer you stay.
From experience, the longer you stay in an endless mission, the meaner and tougher they get! It鈥檚 like they鈥檝e been working out while you play.
