If you're on a Mac, go to ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale and there it is!
To access file 0 in Undertale, head to the game's save folder. On Windows, it's usually located in C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE. Once there, you'll see a file named file0. Make a backup before you mess with it!
