Use the base management screen! Click on the debris and pick a survivor to clear it. It'll free up some space in your base.
Just head into base management, select debris, and assign a survivor to clear it. It鈥檚 quick and simple.
In my experience, you just go to the base tab, select the debris, and hit the button to clear it with one of your survivors. It鈥檚 a great way to make room for new facilities!
