I've had the most success by using the 'Report a Problem' feature in the app. Just shake your phone while on the app, and the feature pops up!
You can also tweet at @Facebook or use their official Facebook page to leave a message. They do respond, but it may take some time.
Honestly, just tweet at them or use their page. It's way faster.
