Customizing your dwellers in Fallout Shelter is half the fun! You can change their outfits and weapons, which you get from exploration or lunchboxes. For a more personal touch, tap on a dweller and hit the pencil icon next to their name to rename them. Sadly, you can't change their physical appearance directly, but picking out a cool outfit almost makes up for it.
