Honestly, Pikachu's everywhere these days. Keep your eyes open in the wild; you’ll find it soon enough.
From personal experience, the best way I got Pikachu was during Community Day events. They spawn like crazy then!
To catch Pikachu in Pokémon GO, look for it in parks and areas with lots of Electric-type Pokémon. You can also catch it during special events or by hatching eggs.
