To get more Focus Points, equip your favorite Focus Lens on your Warframe or weapons and jump into high-yield missions like Sanctuary Onslaught or Elite Sanctuary Onslaught. Also, don't forget to bring along a Naramon lens for some extra boosts during your runs!

I usually grind Focus Points by doing daily Sorties with a Focus Lens equipped. Efficient and rewarding, plus you get other goodies too!
Just play Sanctuary Onslaught. It's the best way, period.
