No cloud save, no vault. Simple as that. Gotta start from scratch, bud.
I thought I lost my vault forever once, but then realized I had it saved in the cloud without even knowing. Logged into my Google Play account on the new device, and there it was! Make sure you check your cloud saves before panicking!
