You'll know you've killed everything when you start getting the ominous message: 'But nobody came...'. Chills, right?

Keep checking your encounters. If you start seeing 'But nobody came...' in your random battles, you've likely cleared the area.

Experience level (LOVE) and the number of kills can also give you a hint. If your LOVE is maxed out, you're probably done!
