Making a server in Terraria is pretty straightforward! First, open your Terraria game and select 'Multiplayer' then 'Host & Play'. Choose a character, select the world you wanna play in (or create a new one), and then decide on the server settings, like a password if you want it to be private. After you've set it all up, tell your friends your IP address so they can join through 'Join via IP'. And bam, you've got yourself a Terraria server!

Quick tip: Make sure your internet can handle hosting, and you might need to port forward if friends can't join. Google 'Terraria port forwarding' for a guide specific to your router. It's a bit techy but does the trick!

Honestly, just use Terraria's dedicated server software. You can download it from Terraria's website. It runs separately from the game, giving you more control over who joins, and it's less strain on your game performance. Plus, you can keep the server up without having your game open!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
